Is there a free trial?+

Yes — every subscription starts with a 1-month free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Do I need a POS terminal?+

No. RepairPulse runs in any modern browser — use it on an iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, PC, or Mac. The built-in POS screen is designed for touch and includes a full-screen kiosk mode.

Can I refund a sale?+

Yes. Every sale lands in the POS Transactions calendar. Open the sale and choose Refund, Reprint, or Delete — the receipt barcode lets you scan to find it instantly.

How does the Customer Terminal work?+

It's a separate kiosk screen you leave on the counter. The customer enters their own name, phone, and device — that data auto-fills into the next booking so your staff doesn't have to retype anything.

Do you track expenses and income?+

Yes. The Bookkeeping page shows expenses and income side-by-side on one monthly calendar, with Add / Edit / Delete and custom type (category) management.

What about receipt printing?+

Printing requires a one-off hardware kit (A$150) and a compatible 80mm thermal printer (A$150). Prices are AUD and sold separately — not included in the free trial. The rest of the system works on any device without hardware. Receipts print the receipt number as a CODE128 barcode at the bottom.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?+

Absolutely. Switch any time from your account settings. Billing is prorated automatically.

Do you import my existing data?+

Yes. We can import customers, jobs, and parts from CSV, Excel, or most competing systems.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Inside your shop, the POS supports Cash and Card (with configurable card surcharge).
